Demographics.  We can provide demographics locally and nationwide.

Mapping.  We can provide mapping services locally and on limited basis, nationwide.

Financial Analysis. 

     1. Lease vs Buy. 

     2. Sould the Tenant take: 

          A. Lower Rent and lower TI$ from the Landlord/tenant finances the remaining TI$ or

          B. Higher Rent and more TI$ from the Landlord? 

Lease Analysis.  Sometimes an owner has a tenant and just needs to know reasonable rental rates.  This service is sometimes contracted for by the building owner's accountant and/or attorney.

Sales Price Analysis.  Sometimes an owner has a buyer and just needs to know a reasonable price.  This service is sometimes contracted for by the porperty owner's accountant and/or attorney.  This service is also used when the porperty owner is contemplating re-financing.

These services are free of charge to:

1.  Clients who have listed their building for sale or lease with us.

2.  Clients with whom we have written Buyer Broker or Tenant Representaion agreements.
